    This is the first of a series of posts dedicated to explaining some of the basics of the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Long Deep Breathing also called Yogic Breath is the basic breath pattern used in Kundalini Yoga. Although basic, it is not necessarily easy as many beginning students have incorrect breathing habits and find difficulty reverting what we call “paradoxical breathing”.
